The ability to read speed is an important skill in today's world where – whether we are students or work – that often required to read the amount of material heavy on a daily basis. Therefore, to practice the reading speed is something that each and every one of us should not do it alone, but to maintain. What are speed reading techniques?
Speed Reading – the essentials
Before starting to learn a particular technique of speed reading, you should assume that all the techniques of speed reading is based on three essential elements:
1. The desire to improve their reading speed;
2. A willingness to give chance to new ideas and
3. The motivation, discipline and the practice continues.
Without these three key elements: no technique of speed reading will succeed.
Accelerating reading technique (1) – Skimming
Almost every player on the speed selected must prove they are a speed reader success because they have a form of peripheral vision that allows them to see the amount of data on one page and "skim" it read. In short, the reading speed, it means that do not read every word on the page, but simply through the exploration team. Using this technique of speed reading, occasionally you find a keyword or phrase and this will give the essence of what is written. The remaining information page is discarded.
Although this technique of speed reading suggests that the reader does not fully understand what was written, in fact, studies have shown that this is not the case – most of the players that use this technique, the rate increased their understanding of reading materials!
Technical Rate Reading (2) – Play the first sentence
Unlike the technique of speed reading (1), a technique of speed reading (2), the reader reads the first sentence of each paragraph to get the gist (main idea) the idea behind point and then fly Read the rest of the paragraph. This process is repeated until the entire page reading material is exhausted.
Using a technique of speed reading (2), it is generally understood that the reader can extract sufficient information in the first sentence is not too concerned about the information contained in the rest of the paragraph in which the writer will only reinforce the concept in one sentence. However, this technique does not fall on one important point – that presupposes a single paragraph is an idea that is clearly not always the case! If you find that you are reading material that the writer has used many ideas in the same paragraph, you may need to adjust their technique of speed reading to one of the techniques of speed reading.
Speed reading technique (3) – Drafting Group
There is a term in speed reading circles is considered one of the major demons reading: "vocalizations". The vocalization is a clinical term verbatim reading – and is a big no-no in the techniques of speed reading. Vocalization playback slows down, without providing the resumption of understanding to counter the loss of playing time.
Name group, as its name implies, is where the reader sees a group of words and phrases at once. Using the technique of writing group, players are able to speed Reading bits of information at once – so save time.

Apart from the reading speed specific technique within 1 to 3 above, is a series of habits and practices that are generally considered as counter-productive to the read speed – hence affects their ability Speed Reading. In no particular order, these include:
- vocalization – as already indicated, this is where you speak the words they read. It is a major cause of slow reading. Unfortunately, like most of us have learned to pronounce words from learning to read to children, is also one of the hardest habits to break. All we can say is stay away from plug to try to eradicate the habit.
- err – err is that the reader can read a passage, then reread, usually in the mistaken belief that they will understand better what has been written in a second reading. Another, in the circles of the reading speed is considered a major, no, no, bad habit, which must be broken!

So if you want to improve your skills, speed reading, you must remember that not subvocalize or passages to read, and read on the two main blocks expanding the period of eye. Simple really! In recent decades, has different views on methods of teaching reading that has been tested in schools across the country. If we want our children improve their reading skills so it is important to understand why they can not read.

Then, shortly thereafter, a federal No Child Left Behind Act requires districts schools use scientifically proven teaching methods. The goal? Six years after No Child Left Behind spend a large amount of data has been collected on the academic performance of students and schools.
Today day, there is a tendency for balanced and comprehensive literacy, and most educators agree that there is a program that fits all children develop reading skills.

The precepts of Reiki 5.
The five precepts of Reiki have been passed from Reiki master to student since the beginning of Reiki.
Just for today I'm not worried.
Just for today, I would not anger.
Just for today, I earn my living honestly.
Just for today I will honor my parents, elders and teachers.
Just for today I will show appreciation for everything.
To me, almost sounds like it could have come from a 12-step program, but I must say that there is wisdom in those words. Taken together and lived every day can lead to living a good life.
What you read above is the original version I learned. For my own self, which has slightly reworded to eliminate the negative. Every time we say "I do not, we are fighting the" will "and therefore more difficult to accomplish all that wanted to accomplish!
Just for today, I do not worry.
Today, I am worry free!
Here, I prepared to do something, I declare that I am worry free! There without fear of anxiety, there is nothing negative in the statement. The word "fair", add limits and if we consider these precepts all the time, the "Just" do not fit!
If I am 'only worry, today free, this means you can worry about tomorrow!
The subconscious is always listening and collect these things.
The words are powerful and should be used wisely!
Just for today do not anger me.
I'm happy today!
Again, I drop the "Just" I leave the "Will" and drop it as negative, "no" and "Fury." recite these sentences aloud and see which one feels better.

I am honest and fair in all my business!
It makes me laugh, this means that yesterday morning I was dishonest and can rob a bank?

I respect, honor and love my parents, elders and teachers!
There are changes there in the parents, elders and teachers are reduced to the neighbors, there is no change I am for, by our parents and elders should not be reduced if the neighbors and everyone we can teach something! our parents and Seniors must be kept in the highest esteem, with our teachers. This statement includes any person in our lives!
Just for today I will show appreciation for everything.
I am grateful and thankful for everything good in my life, because all the good that was given to me and everything nice coming toward me!
We should be thankful every day! "Not only" today! And we must be grateful for everything that affects us not only as a "Show"!
Yes, the 5 precepts in themselves are good starting points, but should be done in a way exemplary in that they are truly his own.

Does anyone believe in psychic readings online by e-mail? Original?
I found an online site to promote reading by a psychic lady named Tanya Hellmer. Currently, we are sending an email to each other. She says she'll do readings for me if I send a little money $ 10 – $ 30. In cost will determine which packets received. I think it's true, but I will not lose my money if it turns out that this is a scandal. She already has given me a long work in which nothing has been said wrong. I really think I can trust him, what is your opinion? Very appreciated. =]
Also I had a free reading, and several other people I know. The funny thing is that we all had the same reading. Yes, you should think a little more. Be careful who you give your money!
